Shilo graduated from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 2007 and founded Balanced Health in Invermere, BC. Her practice has evolved organically through lived experience, intuitive learning, and a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom.
Becoming a mother in 2011 drew Shilo into pediatric acupuncture, and her own health journey in 2024 led her to bioenergetic scanning—an initiation into the quantum field, where healing, possibility, and transformation exist beyond the physical. This experience reinforced her belief that life unfolds for us, not to us.
Now trained in bioenergetic scanning with Qest4, Shilo offers this work in person—often woven with acupuncture—or virtually as its own powerful modality. She is honoured to support others in reconnecting with balance, clarity, and their natural healing potential.
